ABOUT THE PRODUCT

  • Can I put arch development insert in Aretto shoes?

    Yes you can, but arch support is not really necessary. There is nothing to be corrected. Your kids' feet are still under development; all you need to do is wait for nature to take its course. Unnecessary arch support in kids shoes weakens the arch muscles and ligaments due to a lack of enough stimulation. One of the simplest ways to encourage proper growth of feet bones and muscles is to choose footwear that lets them be without any interference.

  • Are Aretto Shoes Eco-Friendly?

    The upper of all Aretto Shoes is composed of recyclable materials like Polyester and Spandex, and the soles are made from recyclable TP Rubber. The Shoes are assembled using water-based glue which is a better alternative for the environment. We plan to move to fully biodegradable materials soon. Moreover, Aretto Shoe components are made from additive manufacturing processes instead of subtractive processes, which generate minimal wastage of raw materials and resources.

  • What are the materials used?

  • How does the Sole of the Aretto Shoe expand?

    The Sole has our patented SuperGrooves™ in a Y shape, which allows three dimensional expansion at various points surrounding the sole. This allows the sole to grow and expand with a child's foot. The sole, with the SuperGrooves™ and flaps, acts like a flower and its petals blooming and expanding with the feet.

  • What are SuperGrooves?

  • Why are Aretto sizes different from EU/UK sizes?

    Aretto Shoes expand to support growing feet and thus allow upto 3 conventional (US/UK/EU, etc.) size expansions in a single shoe. Hence Aretto has its own sizing system called Aretto Fit Series wherein, 1 series supports 3 conventional sizes.

  • How do I know when my child needs to go up a series?

    On average, kids’ feet grow by about 2-3 sizes in a year with the rate decreasing as they get older. To ensure they are always in the correct sized shoes, we recommend measuring your children’s feet every six to eight weeks. To get an accurate measurement, you can refer to our sizing guide online.

  • Are Aretto shoes available in different widths?

    Aretto Shoes are designed with the natural foot shape and with the patented SuperGrooves™ expanding design, they can adapt to any width of a child's feet. Hence, they come in standard width option only.

CARE AND MATERIAL

  • What's the best way to care for & clean shoes?

    Do's

    - Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a soft brush or towel

    - Remove the laces and insoles (wherever possible).

    - Create a soapy mixture by combining water at room temperature and a small amount of mild detergent.

    - Place the footwear in the mesh laundry bag to keep them from banging around in your washer. Close the bag and drop the bag into the machine.

    - Select the low spin option.

    - Rinses wash the footwear properly.

    - Once the wash cycle is complete, take out the footwear from the shoe bag and let it air dry naturally.

    Don’ts

    - Don't put footwear in the machine dryer.

    - Don’t use artificial means of drying.

  • Caring For Your Aretto

    Keep your Aretto shoes away from the dryer or direct sunlight for long hours, it may lead to deformation and bonding failures.

    - Aretto Knitfit shoes can be safely machine washed in a gentle cycle and air-dried.

    - Bringing Aretto upper material in contact with external tasks such as gear shifting for two wheelers can cause damage to the surface.

  • How Do I Place An Order?

  • How Can I Add Or Change An Item After Placing The Order?

    Your order will be successfully placed once your payment is confirmed. You will be receiving a confirmation message with order details via SMS, Whatsapp and the same to your registered mail ID. Currently we do not have an option where a customer can change the size or add a new item to a purchased order.   • How Many Items Can I Order?

    Currently, we don't have any limit to the orders or order value for prepaid orders, although you will be limited to 2 pairs at a time for cash-on-delivery orders. A message on the screen will advise you when ordering if you exceed the basket limit.   • Can I Have My Shoes Delivered To A Different Address To My Billing Address?

    Yes, our delivery options will allow you to have your order delivered to work, home, or anywhere else as long as it's an address within India.

  • What Are Your Delivery Charges?

    Shipping is entirely free for all prepaid purchases through our website. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, a shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable for one pair. The charge will be ₹100 for two pairs.

  • Can I Convert My Payment To EMI Or Installment Payment Plan (IPP) For Online Purchases?

    EMI payment facility is enabled under ‘Pay online’ option during checkout.

  • What If The Money Is Debited From My Account And The Transaction Is Not Successful?

    In case, money is debited from your account and the transaction is not successful, please wait 24 hours for the money to be credited back to your account. If the money is not credited back to your account even after 24 hours, then kindly email/call us with below details:

PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • How Can I Return My Order?

    A request for return can be raised at your recent order detail within 48 hours of receipt of product by mentioning the reason for return. Visit our Return Policy Page for more information.

  • If I Want To Return My Order, Will The Reverse Pick Up Will Be Arranged?

    Yes, we will arrange a return pick-up of your order from the original delivery address and the courier shall pick it within 3-5 days of your request. Visit our Returns and Exchange policy page for more info.

  • Is There Any Period For Return Or Exchange?

    A customer may return/exchange unworn shoes on wearetto.com for any valid reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. Any return/exchange request after the specified period will not be valid. Visit our Returns and Exchange policy page for more info.

  • How Do I Get The Refund After Cancellation Or Returning The Product?

    Refunds are credited back to the same instrument which was debited. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the bank and the gateway. Aretto does not have influence on the time lines except processing the refund. The refund will be credited back between 7-14 days after the processing or until your next billing cycle in case it’s a credit card. You will receive email intimation from Aretto about the processing of refund. You will need to then contact your bank or credit card issuer for refund status. In case of COD orders being returned, the same should be done by providing details of one’s bank account.

  • What If I Receive A Defective/Damaged Or Wrong Item?

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

  • How Do I Exchange The Product?

    Any unworn shoes can be exchanged due to incorrect size or receipt of a defective item, and the customer will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of any shipping charges. Once an exchange request is initiated, our delivery representative will pick up the original item and will deliver the new item at a later date.

  • How Long Does An Exchange Take?

    We want to get you the correct size as quickly as possible; we’ll ship your exchange as soon as our courier partner has confirmed your original item and the same will be subjected to pass the mandatory quality check. Mostly this process will be completed within 5-7 days.

  • What can I claim warranty for?

    The warranty covers stitching and pasting.
