We don’t hire for innovation’s sake. We hire people who solve real problems for kids, for parents, for an industry that stopped asking questions a long time ago.

Empathy  by design

We didn’t shrink adult shoes to fit kids we started from how kids actually move, grow, and stumble. We look for the same instinct in people: start with the user, not the assumption.

Challenging conventions

We raise our leg and ask why. Why should kids’ shoes look like mini adult shoes? Why should sizing be a nightmare? If “that’s how it’s always been done” bothers you, you’ll fit right in.
