Elastic Laces for Everyday Convenience

Aretto Leaps Pro features elastic laces that can be adjusted once to the right fit, allowing kids to slip their shoes on without tying them each time. The padded tongue helps distribute pressure across the midfoot, while the midfoot panel helps keep the shoe secure during movement.

For children who prefer adjustable straps, explore Leaps Pro V Velcro shoes. Velcro is available in sizes S4, S5, and S6. While laces are in sizes S5 to S7.

Choose Between Laces and Velcro

S5 and S6: Choose Leaps Pro with elastic laces or Leaps Pro V with Velcro.
S7: Leaps Pro with elastic laces is the available fastening option.

For older kids and teens, S7 is the largest size in this collection, covering EU 37–39 and foot lengths up to 24.6 cm. Measure before ordering to make sure the size is appropriate.

How to Clean Your Aretto Junior Shoes

Hand-wash Leaps Pro and Leaps Pro V using cold water, mild liquid detergent and a soft brush. Leave the insoles in while washing, then air-dry the shoes in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.

1. What size junior shoes does a 12-year-old need?

Age alone won't tell you the right size. For shoes for a 12-year-old boy, measure from heel to longest toe. Then match that measurement with our size chart.

2. What does youth 7 convert to?

Youth 7 is S7 in our range, EU 39, fitting feet up to 24.6 cm long. It's also the largest size we make, so if you're looking for youth 7 shoes, this is the size to check.

3. Do I have to tie the laces every time?

No, adjust the elastic laces when the pair arrives, and you're set. Your kid wears the shoes, and that's it.

4. How many sizes does these pair covers?

Three EU sizes, that's the whole idea of the size band. Leaps Pro is sold in S5, S6, and S7, and each one spans all three sizes.

5. Do you make a Velcro version?

Leaps Pro V has Velcro, yes, but only in S5 and S6, which between them cover EU 32 to 37. S7 has elastic laces; no Velcro option there.

6. What should I look for when buying shoes for an 11-year-old boy?

His foot size, really, not his age. Measure the length in cm and line it up with our chart.

7. What shoes are suitable for a 10-year-old girl?

Something roomy enough that her toes aren't squished. Worth measuring her foot before you order, saves the return hassle later.

8. What should I look for in shoes for a 12-year-old girl?

Age doesn't tell you much here, her foot length does. Measure heel to toe and check it against the chart.

9. What size shoes should I get for a 14-year-old boy?

Start with a measurement. 24.6 cm or under, and S7's probably the one. Still worth double-checking against the chart though.

Honestly, there's no fixed size for every 10-year-old. Best bet is measuring his foot and going from the chart.
