ARETTO – WARRANTY (VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE)
● Warranty is valid for purchases only from Aretto stores, kiosks & SIS.
● Covers only pasting defects (sole coming off) and stitching defects (stitch near
shoe mouth coming off).
● Does not cover wear & tear, fading, scuffing, worn soles/insoles, misuse,
neglect, accidents, or loss of shoe/pair.
● Replacement will be of the same size & style only (no size/style change
allowed).
● Warranty claim is allowed only once per invoice.
● No refund/store credit under warranty.
● In case of discontinued styles, replacement will be as per the company's discretion.
● Final approval lies with Aretto; denied claims cannot be raised again online or
offline at any other stores.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
● Kindly bring shoes and proof of purchase (bill link/registered mobile number).
● Store team will submit the claim for approval via link. If the claim qualifies for a
warranty claim, replacement pair will be given as per the original invoice with
the same article and size as the original article.
● If approved, the replacement pair will be provided in the same size & style.
● Store claim timings: Mon–Sun, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM.
● Claim qualification is at the discretion of the company.
● The turnaround time for this activity is upto 24 hours.
● If claim is not settled in 24 hours, customer can take a shoe of their choice as
a replacement.*Final approval for warranty, exchange, and return lies solely with Aretto and its
authorised employees.
ARETTO – EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
• Shoes can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase if unused and in original
condition.
• Exchange allowed for size & colour issues only.
• Tags, packaging, both shoes of the pair, and box must be intact. Worn or
damaged shoes (not due to a defect) won’t be accepted.
• Exchange is allowed only once per purchase (same style/ size change)
• For style change or higher-priced shoes, you must pay the difference. For lower
value shoes, refund will be made to the original payment mode.
• Refunds for returns will take 5–7 working days. For cash payments, refunds will
be processed via bank transfer only.
• Exchange/return approval is at the company's discretion.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN
• Shoes must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Tags/loop must be uncut and intact.
• Both shoes must be returned (no single shoe accepted).
• Box/label must not be scribbled or tampered.
• If conditions are not met, shoes will not be eligible for exchange.
• Exchange/return request must be raised within 10 days of purchase.
• Exchange will be processed within 7 working days or subject to availability of
articles.
• Store requests are accepted Mon-Sun, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM.
*Final approval for warranty, exchange, and return lies solely with Aretto and its
authorised employees.
